Dr. Poonam Sharma is an HR strategist, organizational scientist, and former senior public servant with extensive leadership across government, academia, and enterprise. Holding a Ph.D. from IIT Delhi, she served as a Gazetted Officer and Senior Scientist with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) following her initial academic career at Delhi University. Founder of HR consultancy firm Headway Corporate Resources, Dr. Sharma subsequently directed Human Resources and Design at Ultrafresh Modular Solutions. She guides the group’s companies on corporate governance, organizational design, talent strategy, and institutional compliance.
